Hi, My son used to repeat words what we say at 8 an 9 months, now he is 13 months old and he is not repeating what we say, he is just shouting. Is that usual

A. 13-Month-Old Talking. Some 13-month-olds are still using gibberish that has tones and a cadence like real conversation but doesn't consists of any actual words. That's normal too.
