Q.

hi my son name prudhvi Raj resently suffering from motions constantly but he is active doctor gave him antibiotic as it is infection ,but we take care of his food and maintain cleanliness in and out surroundings of house ,can I get exact reason for this

A. Hello father their could be many reasons for it such as the baby tend to even put a lot of things in his mouth , also If in case he is teething as well .. other is some kind of food intolerance

A. Stomach infection can be due to drinking impure water or contaminated food so take care of all these things wash the fruits abd vegetables thoroughly and use filtered water for drinking and washing of hands after playing before eating and keep nails trim
