Hi my son is suffering from cold and cough and running nose can you please suggest any medicine I am using this medicine in mrng and ngt 5ml

I don’t think it’s a problem in using the medicine it does look like a normal composition but if you’re not very sure about it even kindly crosscheck with your doctor on that because there are hundreds of medicines available so what is going to be more suitable your doctor can confirm on that
