hi my son is one year old n b still not got his first tooth is it normal or should I be concerned about this

A. Hi its normal.. dont be tensed and wait.. babies sometimes show a little delay in getting their first milk teeth.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth
