Continue Giving bm/fm in between and on demand.
You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli...
Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge adding fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana...
Give wheat Dalia adding veggies.
curd rice, curd roti(soaked), Daal roti(mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies..
You can add few drops of ghee and dry fruits Powder in each preparation to enhance nutritional value.
RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi Sprouts are little heavy for a child to digest that they say so don’t give sprouts powder also try to stick to more of easy digestive food for the child sprouts and other things should be introduced after the age of 12 months not before that
