hi my son is now 2.5 yrs old in stool report mucus and bacteria was present so doctor suggested him Taxim-O and warzinc, enterogermina but still he is passing motion often yesterday dr seen

A. Hello, your baby boy is 29 months old and if he doesn’t have any fever then just give him ORS and syrup oflomac M forte 3 ml twice a day
