hi my son is just talking few words. he used to tell from 1to 10 numbers but he is not seeking full sentence. his 3rd birthday is on October 18th. what shld I do

it is normal.
as such no need to worry.
because of Corona and lockdown ,kids are having minimum interactions with others.
so the learning practice of talking is low.
to encourage your child for this ,you should keep talking with him /her more and more.
play different games, sing rhymes and read stories with your child,it will surely help.
but Never force your child.
