Q.

Hi, my son is close to 2.5 months now. Since the beginning I had low milk supply and my son also did not like/accept breastfeeding in the beginning. However, with gradual efforts, he accepted and milk supply increased upto some extent after I took shatavari capsules. it was going like 2-3 doses per day before formula milk (as almost none breastfed meal could make him feel full). However, for about last 20 days I had not breastfed him much. Now, when I retried breastfeeding, again he didn't accept it,also milk supply is kind of too much reduced, infact I could just express few drops. my question is, can the milk supply come back or it's just over due to this break of 18-20 days. As l wish to feed him with atleast expressed/pumped out milk until he is habitual of breastfeeding again. Also what can I do to make him accept breastfeeding. thanks

A. hello ypu better start with the shatavari again and this can help to increase the milk secretion may be and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which also can help to increase the milk secretion
