hi. my son is about to turn 2. which milk should I introduce? i heard semi skimmed milk is best but I don't think we get that in India

A. hello cows milk could be the best to be given for the kids at this age and you can go with Nandini green pack milk which is cows milk and would be safe to be given for the kids at this age or if that is not available you can go with any of the brand which should not be a problem and would be say for the growth of your child also
