hi, my son is 9 yes old. I feel like he is in lacking of stamina.

A. Hi dear mom Indulge ur child in some physical activity like hanging, stretching, running, cycling, yoga etc. Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, pulses, soup, food rich in protein etc for proper growth and development of the baby.
