hi my son is 6 yrs old he does not liked to cut cake and too much noise.. I don't know its phobia or what to say.. otherwise he is a happy child in his own world. what do u say

Hello mom that should be ok , some behaviour change occur over period of time , but if you think certain times its not appropriate and hr is just in his own world not mingling with kids around his age as well initially talk to him if in case some thing is troubling him , or else not clear on that check with a behavioural therapist
