hi my son is 6 years old he had a fever last week for 2 days but again this week his fever has come back with mild loose motion and stomach pain and now he had a bit of nose bleed please suggest what to do

A. There can be a possibility that there is an infection or indigestion related issue with the gut-off your child so better to check with your doctor because of fever also happens because of either of you need to take an assistance with your doctor and if needed you can even go for an ultrasound
