Hi my son is 5 years old and i am using himalaya soap for his face. Bt I see small pimples on face and he has dry skin. What could be the reason for the pimples

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician11 months agoA. hi. if your chikd having dry skin then you msy use extra moisturizing soap with low ph. apply coconut oil or aloe vera gel on your chikds face.
