hi my son is 5 year old but he is too thin he's also having dust allergy issue what can I do so that he started gaining weight

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom some their metabolism is such that inspite of eating well they are unable to gain weight.
so not to worry as far as they are active for their age ajlnd eating well .
give eggs , dry fruits and nuts , fresh fruit milk shakes , sago , whole grains

according WHO he's should be 23kg
but he's 17kg
please can you suggest me some daily diet for gaining his weight although he's fuzzy eater
