Q.

Hi,My son is 5 months old and he continuously put his hands in mouth..I am not sure but it seems as he is having his teeth... people says not to give teether...what should we do as he is totally on mother's feed right now...we can't give calcaria fast also right now.I tried to give him cold hanky put he tries to suck water from it.

A. its a way of self pacification. . .may be teething troubles.Baby is probably teething. When babies are getting their teeth because of swelling and irritation in their gums they refuse to you able foods so try out more liquid consistency and soft foods during this time. Massage the gums gently with clean finger. Give teethers.

Hi mommy Rub your baby’s gums regularly to ooze pain of teething gums Use a clean finger to rub your baby’s gums Keep it cool by giving some finger food or teether after keeping in refrigerator Offer a teething ring or pacifier or silicone teether so baby can chew it to avoid irritation of gums Try hard foods Dry the drool with soft cloth
