Q.
Hi. My son is 4 yr old and is very afraid of the lunch box in school. We have tried giving different things but he is so afraid that he pukes seeing food in the morning or at lunch and goes empty stomach and doesn’t eat there too. Kindly help how to make him comfortable with the food in school. At home on holidays no such complain of puking is there at any time. Only on school days he does not have breakfast at home or lunch at school

Ma’am why don’t you get a check with your doctor maybe your child is genuinely having a gut related issue which is why your child is having this issue also I would recommend you to give more of fluid based diet to the child in general and fibres which are going to be fulfilling in lesser amount and the child would not stay hungry
