Q.
Hi. My son is 4 months old and is on formula feed. He generally passes stool every alternate day. But it's been 5 days since he passed stool. He passes gas. But today he is struggling to pass stool. I massaged him, gave warm water bath but not helping. He is crying when he is trying to pass stool today. He is constipated. Any help?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. you can help him by doing tummy massage, massage the lower left side of his abdomen, do bicycling motion of legs onto and away from his abdomen this may stimulate the muscles to contract and move matter for evacuation.
