Hi my son is 4 month old he is not gaining weight after 3 months but his urination is good about 10 to 12. His birth weight is 3.6kg and now he is 5.6kg.

A. Hitesh 2 KG that your child has already gained that means with whatever feeding the child is taking your child is getting sufficient Ki where the urine output is also very good so I don’t see any problem with anything in this case
