Hi, My son is 4.8 yrs old and yesterday my son had a accident luckily only a minor injury occured on one of his hand. We have clean his hand and used betadine and cover his hand with band. DPT booster1 was given in nov. 2022. So, is Tetanus injection necessary? Pls reply

It is already three years to the vaccination if you look at it just two months are left but height is going to be important to get a tetnus shot done for your child DPT is not going to cover up for three years straight so it’s better to check with the doctor and get tetnus shot done for your child
