Hi, my son is 4.6 year old, having Modreate ADHD & mild Autisim. Showed an Pediatric Neurologist , is prescribed 'atochem 10," half morning & half at night. I am concerned is it advisable? please put ur opinion on this.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. You can start giving and also enroll your child into yoga as it helps a lot and at home also interact with him and make him independent to do his daily chores and to keep him calm down little pranayam only simple breathing exercises
