Hi! my son is 3 years 4 months old and still doesn’t speak sentences and doesn’t even chew the food. I am so worried about him,please guide.

A. hi dear parent , by 3 years of age the child shd b speaking in sentences of 2 to 3 words if this is not the case then it is better to follow the development milestone with ur pediatrician
