Give him foods rich in proteins .
Follow small frequent meals .
Avoid biscuits and snacks
Keep the child well hydrated
Maintain a proper sleep routine
Allow the child to be physically active

Its More than good your child already has 3 KG plus weight because at this age a child should be somewhere around 14 KG already 17 kgs if you try on working the weight increasing the weight of the child and probably your child will just turn into an obese baby so the current weight is extremely good so you just should be happy with that that your child is gaining good enough
