hi my son is 3.6 years old, he suddenly got brown patches on his neck and chest, no itching no other symptoms just the patches. what is it? iam sending a picture

MufeedaMom of a 3 yr 6 m old girl4 weeks agoA. You should consult paediatrician because it may be spreading. I think sweating around neck is comparatively high compared to other area
