Q.

Hi my son is 3.4 Yr old.. Is it safe to give him omega 3 and Multivitamin gummies? Is anyone else giving their children? My son is picky eater and don't like syrups so how about giving them gummies? Awaiting your reply

A. no need actually. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok.

A. Hello dear parent, yes I gave omega 3 and multivitamin gummies to my child when he was 3 years and above. Infact till now. But I would suggest you to kindly consult with your paediatric once and then only give to your child.
