hi, my son is 2yrs 7months now and has been refusing to eat solid foods most of the time since he turned two years old. He prefers his formula bottle which we still feed. What can I do to get him to eat solid foods and are there any appetizers you can recommend?

A. Hi mommy It is normal for children to be fussy eaters But they will probably be less fussy as they get older Offer fussy eaters a few healthy options and let them choose what to eat Pleasant low stress and regular mealtimes can help with fussy eating Make meal time fun with toys
