hi ! my son is 2yr 5 m old, wt 10.2 kg. he is occasionally vomit (once a week), less appetite and feel nausea. plz any suggestions..

If What is been happening for some time when it is equally important that you get it checked with your doctor ones also I would like to tell you that your child is quite underway runs for the current age you don’t need to work upon a healthy diet plan but before that you do need to consult your paediatrician
