Hi ,My son is 2years old.he had some rashes in his leg and hand.can anyone please suggest remedy for this or is this a skin allergy

Hello You should get a check with your doctor to know the kind of allergy or child is suffering from and accordingly they can advise you with the right treatment and medication for the same so please consult your doctor and take a proper treatment from a skin specialist for this
