hi..my son is 2 years 9 months...his weight is 13 from 6 months ....he is not gainibg weught and also height ...please suggest me..he is active...what should i give him for height growth and weight gain ...please suggest some tips

If Your child is behind in both the things whether it is weight and height then you should consult your doctor for a checkup once at least you need to know what is wrong what is the reason that your child is not growing up well accordingly medication can be advised to you
