Hi my son is 2 years 10 months old.. from yesterday I can see his hands and feet hot but he is not having any temperature when checked using thermometer. He says stomach paining once in couple of hours and seems to be tired . Kindly advice

A. according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical examination done which would be helpful for the doctor to to find out the the treatment for further management consult dr. give plenty of liquids
