hi my son is 2& 11 month old his weight is 10 kg he is sneezing from yesterday. & runny nose doc prescribed levocet 2.5 mg syrup to him he prescribed 5 ml dose twice a day i this right dose i think it's high dose for 10 kg boy pls reply

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 week agoA. Namaste Mom, PLease recheck with the dr once again, give indirect steam to the child as such , also warm water sponge also works . Home made kadha work wonders to give some relief over all 3 - 4 days gradually improvements can be noticed

Is it 5ML or is it 0.5 ML because 0.5 ML is approximately about 10 drops so the amount of the medicine that can be given to a 10 kg kilogram child should be somewhere between 1ML to 1.5 ML5 actually seems to be very high cross check with your doctor please
