Hi, My son is 160 days old. what kind of solid foods I can give to my son. please suggest me on this. thanks, Thanuja

A. hi dear mom, let baby complete six months..befire taht you should not give solids.. breast milk is sufficient to meet all nutritional requirements of baby till six months...baby should be exclusively breast fed till six months
