Hi my son is 15months old .He is not eating one meal also properly. Before he used to eat anything Wat ever I gave him. But from 15 to 20days not eating anything. he is on breast milk only. I took him to pediatrician but doctor said he is good. without eating properly also he is very active. If I offer food he just splits out. I'm very tensed. He is used to walk with support daily. but from few days he is not walking. plz help me out .
