Q.

Hi, my son is 14 months old. He has cold and cough. I've been giving him Rinosec and Macbery LS syrups 3ml each,3 times a day since the last 3 days. He is better but not completely healed. Is it ok to continue the medication for 2 more days? Please suggest.

A. can give whenever you are taking any medicine which has been given by your doctor you have to wait and watch for three days and follow the instructions given by the doctor and if there is no improvement after three days then take a follow up. so kindly take a follow up with your doctor who will tell you whether any change in medicine or any other investigation is needed or not

A. It can easily take about 3 to 5 days and if you feel the child is not feeling battery then you can consult your doctor ones again Vili can help you with any further treatment like maybe nebulisation or indirect steam in halation if this is not helping you
