Hi my son is 13 months now. I want to give him cow milk but he does not like plain milk. is it ok if add some Complan powder for taste? please advise.

Any DH a approved supplement can only be added to the milk after the age of two years not before that so it’s very important for you to follow that protocol as of now you can go ahead with saffron turmeric dry fruit powder chocolate powder fruits whatever is more natural option to go for
