#AskTheExpert can I give cow milk to my baby ?? She is 13 months old. If yes, please let me know how much to give ?? And should I add water in milk ?

A. yes, cow milk is much better after one year of age, it contains nutrients required after one year of age. Milk is an important part of a toddler's diet because it provides calcium and vitamin D, which help build strong bones. Limit your child's milk intake to 16 ounces (480 milliliters) a day.
