Hi, My son is 13.5 months old and weighs 11 kilos. He has caught cold with runny nose and sneezing. Is it safe to give him Cetrizine Allercet M? if yes, what's the dosage?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. not advisable to use medicines without proper prescription from the doctor Cold cough in the baby are viral infections please give steam inhalation frequently e and saline drops in the nose of the baby it will take one week
