hi my son is 10 months old he get skin rashes itching please tell me which creame and soap better for my son

A. hello..smtimes woolens also cause itching n rashes ..plz use coconut oil n i can use desowen lotion ..u can apply clocip ralc also..try n change clothes evryday .n use baby dove soap or himalaya baby etc products as they r mild n full of moisture.. apply coconut oil after bath
