You have to start taking high protein diet on a daily basis and take protein powder with milk twice a day.
It usually helps in weight gain and energy boost

strt giving him food wat u eat.give four meals in a day like breakfast, lunch evening snacks n dinner. milk atleast 3-4 times a day.
give ragi/wheat/oats porridge with dryfruit powder n dates for breakfast, veg soup/dal khichdi/veg khichdi/roti /ghee rice for lunch, evening give fruit/sheera/suji kheer/cerelac (sometimes) pancake n dinner give dal khichdi or oats n ragi porridge with dryfruit.
