Hi my son is 1 month old and he gets poop after every fart and also water like poop, is it normal or should I visit pediatrician?

A. leakage of stool while passing flatus is normal. the occurs usually due to decreased muscfles strength in the anal sphincter of the child and the strength will improve with increasing age of the child. so the child may pass stool like wise more than 20 times per day falso which is totally normal.
