hi my son having loose motions and fever can I give paracetamol pls suggest me

Loose motion are most of the time infective fttwhere it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatmfent

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Entrogermina you can give to the child for diarrhoea yes paracetamol can also be given to the child for fever you can give both the medicines which is the fever medicine has to be repeated every six hours if the temperature is rising
