Hi my son has 9 month. he have fever frequently like 20 days once for last 4 months. am really worried is that common? he is actuve and looks normal but feel tried sometimes

A. it is better to get investigations of blood x-ray urine in the baby Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
