Q.

Hi my son had a fever from last night. At 11.30pm we gave him 3ml calpol for temperature of 100. When we checked around 4am it was 102,so we gave him 2.5ml meftal. Fever went after that but now 10am he is slightly warm again. Do i continue with meftal or calpol if his temperature is below 101.

A. you can repeat paracetamol once in every 6 hours and do cold sponging Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
