Q.

hi..my son always complains of getting bad dreams and gets very scary at any noise during night..please suggest some remedies..

A. this can occur in children when they have got bad experiences or stressful experiences during the daytime so kindly see that the child is not having any stress as well as the child is not seen plenty of TV mobile and laptop as well as cartoons which might be causing such problems

A. There I know remedies for this this is a very normal thing I just say that if you want you can consult a child psychologist maybe your child can explain what ever the issue your child is having b having bad dreams so the doc can help quite a lot and getting out of this issue

Q. Hello All, My daughter is 4 years 5 months old. Nowadays she dreams a lot at night. As soon as evening comes she starts scares from dreams. She cries a lot, tells i don't like dreams, it's scary or good i don't want to see it. She says when morning will come, i don't like night because of dreams. She is literally scared, not able to tell what was her dream. Before sleeping age cries for morning nowadays. Do I need to worry of her behaviour? What can I do here to relax her?
