Q.

Hi My sister's daughter is 3 yrs old and she is 11.7 kgs. we are vegetarians and she eats eggs, rice and drinks milk and eats all kinds of food offered to her. She is active, she rides a cycle and she recognises A-Z and 1-10 .. But whatever we do she is not increasing her weight. can anyone suggest anything which would help us for her healthy growth.

A. hello mam, one of the best thing is she is active for her age and that is very good and she is having a healthy foods as well these are good health parameters, a little variation in weight is acceptable as some their metabolism could be such , also gradually increase the quantity of the food and also the variety would be good
