Hi , my sister's baby girl is 3 months old. she has a red rash around her neck, armpit and groin area. Basically in folding. she has this from 15days old. Doctor suggested drops and cream for 10days, it went off during medication. but started back after that. if any of you faced this issue with your little one, could you please help me with this. thank you

Actually these folds we don’t realise have a lot of sweat and get dirty very fast because they’re not very easily cleaned intimate area can be cleaned because you clean properly sometimes the neck armpit folds are not cleaned properly so she can take some antiseptic liquid into warm water clean that area properly with a wet cloth soft wet cloth and after that she can use candid dusting powder and also boroline antiseptic cream whatever is comfortable for her specially in the intimate area all the time
