Q.

Hi! My sister has a 3 months old baby. She got infected with Covid 15 days back and was hospitalized for a week. Now she is ok and struggling with milk to feed her baby. pls suggest what she should do to increase the milk quantity.

A. The more she feeds more will be the milk supply. She should have lots of fluids and water. She should not be stressed. Foods like methi, green leafy vegetables, tree gum or gond, dill leaves or shepu, garden cress seeds, saunth, garlic intake can help increase the milk supply.
