Q.

Hi My sister got first delivery and she can't able to breast feed her baby. Her baby is not sucking. And there is no milk. What she need to do. Please tell some suggestions.

A. after birth it may take little time for baby to learn to latch properly and take feed, comfort the baby as you feed rub the baby back head.. to improve milk, start with lactation supplement as lactare or mother sparsh vardaan.. take green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd drumstick fennel seeds oats dalia sabudana jeera ragi.. more you nurse milk will increase..
