hi..my problem is our 3 year old is having a temperature of 98 f in forehead and around 100.2 f in armpit. is he having fever..when I give paracetamol 250 for 5 hr temperature reduces then again armpit temperature raises. on other symptoms or problems...this type of temperature variation is ongoing from Saturday night..then Monday normal temperature.. again Tuesday same problem... what to do...he is of normal growth and weight 18kg
