hi my one month baby is crying badly for passing gas seems like stomach pain. is colic and gas both are same? I gave neopeptine and colimex as per doctor and no improvement. he is crying whole day. pls advise if there is any other remedy for this

A. it is quite natural for small babies In small babies it is quite normal to have pain in stomach due to gas you can give colicaid drops to the baby e 0.5 ml 3 times a day
