A. i think it's kind of fungal infection..is he scratches ...if it is itching...it may tend to spread...consult dermatologist

A. can be viral needs to the same. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
